(3) "Emergency response" is in place.

Relevant personnel operating in confined spaces should regularly participate in simulation drills for emergency response, and constantly consolidate and improve the on-site disposal capabilities of practical operation and flexible response.

(4) The "work ticket" is in place.

When the plan is available, the personnel are in place, the technical disclosure is clear and all the operating conditions are met, the relevant safety management personnel will confirm it on site and issue an operation ticket. It is strictly forbidden to enter the confined space without a work ticket.

(5) The "handover procedure" is in place.

In the event of a change in the work content or working environment, the technical disclosure between the relevant personnel must be carried out, re-inspection, re-testing and analysis and re-issuance of the work ticket.

(6) "Supervision and guardianship" is in place.

Whether it is when the operation is carried out, or when the operation is inspected and processed before and after, the supervision and guardianship must be in place, and the supervision and guardianship personnel should agree on the contact signal or communication gesture with the operator, contact regularly and irregularly, and keep an effective distance between each other. (8) "Safety protection" is in place.

Operators and guardians must be equipped with safety protection equipment and rescue equipment in accordance with the specifications, and must correctly select, check and wear safe and effective labor protection equipment and alarm instruments.

(9) "Inspection and processing" is in place.

The limited space operation of grain and oil storage and logistics enterprises is one of the important contents of safety production management. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents, the personnel responsible for safety production management of enterprises must do the following:

• improve the awareness and control ability of the risks of limited space operations, formulate an effective supervision and management system, do a good job in the construction of the "dual system" of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management, and formulate and improve emergency plans in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise;
